Processing Techniques: The plastic type is formed by injection molding, accurately replicating the tooth profile. The metal types are processed using CNC lathes for the hub and gear hobbing machines for the teeth. Surfaces undergo treatments such as oxidation, blackening, or galvanizing. Some steel types can be quench-hardened to enhance wear resistance.
Product Features:
Pitches of 3M/5M/8M/14M are available, with a tooth count adjustable from 12 to 120, and bore diameters ranging from φ6 to φ50mm. The plastic type is lightweight and operates with low noise, while the metal types offer high strength and strong load capacity, adapting to various working conditions. High tooth profile accuracy ensures transmission error ≤ 0.1%, resulting in smooth operation and good consistency.

Precision sheet metal manufacture
The sheet metal workshop is equipped with precision sheet metal processing equipment, including 2 large-scale advanced CNC laser cutting machines, 1 CNC punch press, 5 CNC bending machines, as well as riveting machines, welding machines, grinders, wire drawing machines and other equipment.
The processed products cover industrial automation, medical equipment, electrical equipment, electrical boxes, electrical junction boxes and other fields.
